Tony Kenny

Tony has more than 15 years corporate finance experience and has advised on a wide range of corporate and private equity related transactions.

Prior to founding Momentum Corporate Finance in January 2005 Tony was a partner in PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Corporate Finance business for over seven years. He founded and led their Corporate Finance business in the West and Wales, and later moved to London to lead PwC’s Technology, Media and Telecoms Corporate Finance business there. Tony later moved into the Private Equity business.

Tony has guided countless management teams through the complexities of achieving a management buy out and on to realising significant wealth from these transactions.

Tony also has considerable experience in cross border deals particularly those involving US-based parties.

He lives in Bristol with his wife and two children. In his spare time he enjoys skiing, wine tasting and travelling. He is also involved with a number of charitable activities.

Rob Crews

Rob has worked in corporate finance for over ten years, advising on an extensive range of transactions, including cross-border disposals, acquisitions and private equity driven deals.

Before founding Momentum Corporate Finance with Tony, Rob was a senior member of PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Corporate Finance team, where he worked for over eight years, focusing on corporate finance work in Bristol and Reading.

During this time, Rob was also Chairman of his own family business, successfully grooming the business for sale and leading the sale itself in 1999.

He lives in Bristol with his wife and two children. Outside of work Rob is a keen golfer and also enjoys playing electric and acoustic guitar.

Alastair Boorman

Alastair is a partner who brings with him a range of transaction services and corporate finance experience.

Prior to joining Momentum, Alastair was a member of the Ernst and Young Corporate Finance team in Bristol.

He began his career within the Bristol audit department of PricewaterhouseCoopers before moving to their Transaction Services team.

He has a first class honours degree in Biochemistry from Warwick University.

Alastair is a Chartered Accountant and lives in Bristol with his wife and three children.
