Momentum Corporate Finance has advised The Hospital Medical Group on a refinancing and equity restructuring to enable it to continue its expansion plans.
As part of the transaction new banking facilities were agreed with Barclays Bank.
Founded in 1992, The Hospital Medical Group is a leading plastic and bariatric surgery group which has 16 clinics throughout the UK and further clinics in Ireland and Spain. Most procedures are carried out at the luxurious, state of the art, Dolan Park hospital in Worcestershire.
