  • Tony Kenny

    Tony has over 20 years corporate finance experience and has advised on a wide range of corporate and private equity transactions.

    Before founding Momentum in 2005, Tony was a partner with PwC for eight years. He built and led their corporate finance business in the West & Wales, before moving to London to head up PwC's Technology, Media and Telecoms M&A team.

    Tony has guided countless management teams through the complexities of a management buy out, and also has considerable experience in cross-border deals, particularly those involving US-based parties.

    He lives in Bristol with his wife and two children. Tony enjoys skiing and wine tasting and is also involved with a number of charities.

  • Rob Crews

    Rob is a founding partner of Momentum and has advised on corporate finance transactions for over 15 years, including management buy outs, acquisitions and company sales.

    He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers in 1995 and went on to become a senior member of the PwC UK corporate finance team. He worked with clients across the UK, with a high proportion of transactions involving foreign counter parties.

    Rob has direct commercial experience, having run and sold his own business. He is also non-executive Chairman of the Gro Company, a fast growing branded consumer goods business.

    Living in Bristol with his wife and two children, Rob is a keen golfer and enjoys playing the electric and acoustic guitar.

  • Alastair Boorman

    Alastair has over 10 years experience in corporate finance, advising on an extensive range of transactions, including management buy outs, cross-border disposals and acquisitions.

    Prior to joining Momentum in 2005, Alastair was a member of the Ernst and Young Corporate Finance team in Bristol. He began his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers, qualifying as a Chartered Accountant and gaining experience across a range of services including audit, transaction services and corporate finance.

    Alastair lives in Bristol with his wife and three children. Outside of work Alastair enjoys spending time with his family, keeping fit and attempting to roll back the years on the football pitch.
