Momentum's debt advisory service results in successful restructuring

Momentum Corporate Finance has advised Lloyds Banking Group on a successful debt restructuring of a portfolio business based in the South West.
The restructuring of the debt was critical in allowing the sale of the business to an entrepreneur who was keen to invest in the future of the business.
The business now has an appropriate capital structure for long term growth and remains a client of Lloyds Banking Group.
